At the same time, the PM also informed that the request to give five acres of land for construction of mosque in Ayodhya to the Sunni Waqf Board was made with the Uttar Pradesh government, on which the state government has agreed.

What will be the responsibilities and rights of the trust? 

The Sri Ramjanmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust will prepare the roadmap for the construction of the Ram temple and how to work further. All the board of trustees of Ram Mandir Trust will appoint one trustee as President-Managing Trustee, who will preside over all the meetings. At the same time, General Secretary and Treasurer will also be appointed from these members. There will be no interference in the functioning of the trust of the Central Government. The Trust will be completely free to take decisions related to the construction of Ram temple, all facilities for the devotees, such as Annakshetra, Kitchen, Gaushala, Exhibition, Museum and Sarai. Legally the trust donates, grants from any person, institution for the facilities and temple construction of the devotees. Apart from real estate and assistance, one can also take a loan. The donations received for the temple will be used only for the works of the trust. This money will not be used for any other work. The trust will have to account for the donations and expenses received for the Ram temple. Its every year balance sheet will be created and the Chartered Accountant will audit the trust accounts. There is no provision of salary to the members of the Ram Mandir Trust, but the expenses incurred during the journey will be paid by the Trust.
