Know the 16 point formula of Budget 2020-21, how beneficial for farmers 

1. To make Annadata an energy donor, there is a plan to set up a solar energy project where agriculture cannot be done.
2. Under the Deen Dayal scheme, the help given to the farmers will be increased. For eradication of poverty, 50 lakh families have been linked with 58 lakh self-help groups and this will be expanded further.

3. Government will bring a scheme for better marketing of agricultural produce products - 'One Product, One District'. And the contract farming laws will give incentives to the states implementing the Agricultural Land Leasing Act 2016, Produce Livestock Act 2017, Services Facilitation Act 2018.

4. Dhan Laxmi Yojana has been announced, under which women will be mainly added to seed related schemes.

6. Zero budget will motivate farmers by strengthening natural farming. Tigrated farming system will be encouraged.

7. In view of the scarcity of water, a big scheme will be run for water system in 100 districts so that farmers do not face any problem of water.

8. 20 lakhs through PM Kusum Scheme. Farmers' pumps will be connected to solar pumps, in addition to grid pumps of 1.5 million farmers will also be connected to solar.

9. Kisan Credit Card Scheme will be extended for 2021.
10. More warehouses and cold storage will be built in the country. PPP model will be adopted for this. NABARD will develop new warehouses, cold storage in the country in a new way.
11. Grazing will be added under MNREGA to expand pasture in rural areas.
12. Horticulture yields are far above target. The region currently has a yield of 311 million metric tons and will now promote a product in a district by dividing it into clusters for better marketing exports. For this, the scheme will start at the district level.

13. Fish farming will be promoted through Blue Economy. Fish processing will be encouraged. Under this scheme, the government will expand the fisheries through 3477 Sagar Mitras and 500 fisheries producing organizations. The target of fish production for the farmers of the sea areas has been kept at 200 million tonnes. By the year 2023, fish production will increase by 200 lakh tonnes. The export of fish will increase to 1 lakh crore rupees by 2024-25. Integrated farming system will emphasize beekeeping.

14. The government will run a scheme to double the production of milk. Milk will double the processing capacity. Aim to double milk production by 2025 (108 million metric tons). Spud and mouthpump will prevent bruolis disease.
15. To avoid spoiling the perishable things including milk, meat, fish, storage will be provided in trains. Air-conditioned 'Kisan Rail' coaches will be run. Efforts are being made through Kisan Rail to preserve milk, meat and fish and bring it to safe destination. There will also be facilities like refrigerator in Kisan Rail.
16. Krishi Udaan Scheme will be launched for farmers. This scheme will be started on International, National route. It will be through Aviation Ministry. This will boost agricultural produce from the northeast and tribal areas. Under Kisan Udaan, the Ministry of Agriculture Welfare will make arrangements for the aircraft and the Ministry of Civil Aviation will ensure that 'Krishi Udaan' service can be started on national and international rout
